Description: ADA Digital Accessibility is an essential webinar for municipal IT staff, communications teams, and department leaders focused on creating inclusive and compliant digital spaces. This session will provide practical guidance on meeting ADA and WCAG standards for websites, online forms, documents, and digital services. Learn how to identify common barriers, implement accessible design practices, and ensure your organization’s online presence is usable for all residents, including those with disabilities.

Topics include:  
• Understanding ADA requirements and WCAG 2.1 standards
• Common accessibility barriers on municipal websites
• Best practices for accessible documents, forms, and PDFs
• Tools for evaluating and testing digital accessibility
• Developing a digital accessibility policy and remediation plan
