IMPORTANT CHANGES TO FMIT WORKER'S COMPENSATION
PHARMACY BENEFIT MANAGER
EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2019

The Florida League of Cities Workers' Compensation Department has made a change to the pharmacy management plan that is available to FMIT members’ injured employees.

Beginning April 1, 2019, we will start using Mitchell ScriptAdvisor as our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) instead of MyMatrixx.

We are excited about the change and are confident that it will benefit you through better service and decreased costs.  Mitchell ScriptAdvisor has been providing pharmacy benefit management services since 1997, they have over 69,900 pharmacies in their network including 5,200 in Florida.

As a reminder, this change applies only to claims administered by Florida League of Cities staff and not claims handled by your independent Third Party Administrator (TPA).  If a TPA administers your claims, this change will not affect you unless your TPA informed you otherwise.
