This 3-part training video was developed to give city officials a greater understanding of employment issues, land-use regulation issues, and public meeting issues for councils and commissions. The video covers the liability of these officials as individuals and as legislative bodies and gives practical examples of their occurrence and ideas for avoiding problems in each category.
