Automobile Insurance
The FMIT provides Auto Liability and Physical Damage coverage to cover your entity’s needs.
The coverage includes:
- Liability, including Hired and Non-owned coverage,
- Personal Injury Protection (no-fault),
- Uninsured Motorists
- Medical Payments
- Comprehensive Coverage
- Collision Coverage
There is limited replacement cost on private passenger autos.
The FMIT has limits available ranging from $100,000 to $5,000,000 and above, if needed. These coverages are available on a first-dollar basis, with deductibles or a self-insured retention.
Additional benefits include:
- Claim expenses are paid in addition to the limit of liability
- Claims are paid "on behalf of," not on an indemnification basis
- Deductibles only apply to damages, not claim expenses
